In a "perfect world" buyer would (rightfully so) want to see all applications/modifications/licensing approved. But EVERYTHING is negotiable, ie.price today is X, post approvals price is Y. In addition whats to say additional app/mods/lic may be initiated before in process ones are approved. Would become an endless Gant chart. (I understand the June 23rd date so please dont bust my chops) I am of the opinion that deal will be struck or at least offers / prtnrs disclosed between June 23rd and June 30th (June 30 being VIP date re: finance)
