Ask is very thin, but do not know if the descent is over with. If the name change occurs then IMO the descent would be over with or if its sister company NWA* goes up then I would think RSII would follow suite with or without the name change. JMO.
It temporarily looked like the descent was over with today when RSII went up to .0055 (or thereabouts) but it went down as quickly as it went up.

However very soon the BS descent will be permanently over with and people will have to cover. In other words game over lose your shirt time for some of the shorters is imminent.
