I agree. Word easy should not be ina grown person vocabulary.

But easy credit, 30 year mortgage. It's for the weak, the desperate. Life long enslavement.

My kids I'll raise right. Will tax their pay from day one and out it into savings. When they are ready. The money is theirs to invest into property with least amount of loan.

But it won't be a 3-5fha crap that I had to get so my family has a home instead of a 1 bedroom apartment.
