Well they bought a shell ( PWTC )changed the name and symbol.... restructured the shares .......insiders hold most I believe ....Updated the financials for a couple of quarters .....and then went to sleep ............This Company certainly was not invented to pump and dump ........The powers that be just went to sleep....or changed there minds about the whole idea of this company.... Who knows.........Very much of a puzzle .....by the way is their website still up and running ??
