Do you think it's a big deal? My initial reaction was a shrug.

The parent to Inner Mongolia Fangcheng Trade Co. is Tianjin Zhengcheng Import and Export Trade Co., which is the JV with Risun Mining established in 2014.

Not sure that the Risun relationship has really moved the needle for MMC in the interim. It sounds like the JV is expanding its selling focus from Hebei to Inner Mongolia.

Don't get me wrong. It's better than a kick in the head.
