The sections we scored the lowest on were the most subjective. Long story short, the scoring is one of the key disputed items along with the fact that the DPS failed to follow proper administrative procedures. There are questions we need answered and we've demanded those answers through administrative actions.

Keith Oakley was at one time Chairman over the Public Safety Committee (DPS oversight) and has been lobbying DPS related matters post public service.
