Gary had no knowledge of Terry's health until the very end.
It was Terry's move to not only cut Gary off financially but to limit his activities only to Infinite-R and get out of the foam business. Gary practically invented spray foam and it was our only source of real cash flow. Gary turned in his shares (did not sell them) then resigned as director. He decided to set his own path then not much later Terry met his demise. Without anyone at the helm this just went south and never recovered. Terry's wife cannot be contacted or is the shell up for sale. For now it remains a ghost of the past.
