K, I would have loved to help you, but
you have lost all credibility with that last post!! Seriously??? Yes, seriously!!!! Let me at least try to understand this...
You have a profitable company and would like to go public. You have decided that the best way to do so is by way of a reverse merge. You pick SLJB. (Out of hundreds of existing empty shells). You make ridiculously bogus bids and complain, complain, complain that you can't get shares. BUT!!! All of that severely pales in comparison to the fact that you have a total lack of judgement in that you would allow Barton on your board of directors.
