Hi Mark,

It doesn’t have to be loaded with facts. We are just looking for a concrete direction we are going which appears at this point in time not to be set in stone. We don’t necessarily need an exact time frame but what your hopes are for the company and in what time frame you hope to have the form 10/211 finalized and complete or the other path (exchange of shares with another shell). The back and forth between these two entities has me befuddled.

If the lawyer is not giving you the time of day IMO it is time to find another lawyer.

Without direction or planning there will never be closure as there is no goal. The goal would be a good place to start.

What is your goal? Having a goal as to the filing of a form 10/211 to FINRA and their writeoff (which has already been done as MIKP has been cleared for return to the pink sheets if I have comprehended this whole thing accurately). So in essence a current status with all filings in order would constitute return to the pink sheets and MIKP trading again.
