And the reason this is disappointing is that they haven't yet provided any "evidence" of value, such as an SEC filing, which binds them legally. I'm holding here, but anything can be said in a press release, etc. and taken back in an instant with "Oops, I made a mistake" deniability, The fact that they claim Etelix profitability but fail to offer an SEC filing about the same makes me skeptical.
