Yeah....that seems to me also to be what is holding the stock back, BUT I really don't think they'd do a 1 for 80 reverse split as that would put the share price at about $27!!! And the total float would be about 1.5mil. shares??! And I know that no fund or institution will invest in a stock with that small a float!! Absolutely no liquidity to get in or out! I recommended a 1 for 20 putting the share price at about $7 as being realistic and would definitely draw institutions/funds in. Just my take.
