Well obviously TGRR did sign an agreement with ISBG, to import their product. You have no idea how they are doing it, so no Idea is stupid at this point. They may have offered a one stop shop where they sub-out certain portions of the process to other companies. This is very common in other industries.

Just a theory, and I said I couldnt verify it.
