They are artificially keeping the pps high by holding most of the shares but dilution is coming and more, you have anywhere between 7 to 10 millions shares from the xtrn conversion that is coming this way and people will want to sell their shares fast to go to the next flip which will bring the pps to the floor in an instant. They artificially kept the price up so the deal could look more interesting with xtrn so they could dilute it to a max and now train wreck is coming this way.
