SINO valuation & PE/EPS comparison: 14 cents EPS per quarter, that equates to 56 cents per year(assuming earnings maintain, but we know they will get a boost due 6 Cosco's contracts, 1 to 12 months old) and "SINO will receive a percentage of the total amount of each transportation fee for the arrangement of inland transportation services shipments into U.S. ports".

Price to earnings ratio for SINO is around 9 and I researched the entire Transport and Logistics Industry and the average for the whole industry after the 1st quarter 2017 was 25.62 This illustrates very clearly just how undervalued SINO is in comparison to other companies in this industry. See link below.

On April 2017 great coverage, Analyst confirmed The stock should have a P/E of at least 20. since April total contacts have doubled, from 3 to 6, EPS increased 134% and Cash hits highest level for years.

"see the high gross margins cited above and the quarterly earnings trend shown below"

RLGT (another profitable shipping company), a $270m Shipping Company has only 1.3% profit margin and huge debt ($147m L.T Debt, SINO a $28m cap Company, No L.T Debt). SINO's EPS 3 times RLGT's EPS!.
Meaning is SINO's actual Value is higher than RLGT for sure And that's my Target ($300m+ cap or about $30 PPS, based on today's Earnings and current Net profit Margin of 47.2%).

Net Profit Margin Comparison should give you the prospect what this company just achieved .(The net profit margin is revenues divided by net income vs Profit Margin, revenues divided by gross profit.

Only 3 companies had 50%+ Net profit margin ever: $GILD $BIDU $GGP

Here Are a Few Stocks With Fat Profit Margins: $CHMT (39%), $GLW (30%), $BLK (30%), $PACW(32%) http://finance.yahoo.com/news/few-stocks-fat-profit-margins-175455071.html. SINO beats them all too(Relating both Net Profit Margin and Gross Profit Margin).

CEO seems to me like a very bright guy. these Chinese-American guys, the CEO and COO and their colleagues, have found an important way to help the Chinese shippers get their product much more efficiently to U.S. destinations.
By reading CEO Comments (Pr's and Earnings) you can clearly understand that Sino has a great vision to serve both US and Chinese people by building a bridge between China and US. Fees and Net income should be increased dramatically (when a company doesn't hold L.t debt+ very high net profit margin, gross profit almost pure net income) . They Build a very interesting logistic company and didn't forget to strengthened also their Balance sheet. I believe as i mentioned before backup with Numbers and Industry Comparison that SINO is one of most promising low cap companies i have seen for many years and that's why a strong hold for me for 2018.
