The MMs are not to blame for everything. It is both the MMs and the insider traders. Remember, OWCP is a fraudulent P&D. There are fake longs within who pump the stock up and then sell throughout the pump. That's been happening throughout March and it is happening now.

yes, the MMs are trying to make money but believe it or not most of the flipping is done by the longs. They hold a lot of shares, but they have their set of flip shares, which is bigger than that of the pure flippers
