Agreed, there shouldn't be any filings for OORV but I was checking all the companies involved in this scam. Technically there shouldn't have been a filing with Holding either.

I was covering all the bases, just to be sure, because McCusker is always making mistakes. Right?

Yep, mailed on May 12... OR NOT...

then he confirmed, via tweet on May 23, NV SOS had the papers ... NOPE.

I called on May 26th.

Remember he also held the name with Texas SOS for McCusker HOLDING, in 2011, and then didn't file the paperwork.

All crazy, imo.
