I have to totally disagree.

Here's the most likely scenario. The pps drops to .001 and they do a A reverse split of 1000 for 1 and get the pps to a dollar. Then they dilute the hell out of it with those xxxx shares by suckering people into warrants to buy blocks of shares at a penny a share. As the price starts to fall the warrants are exercised that dilutes the share value so fast your head will spin causing the pps to plummet to .0001 Then one more reverse split of 10,000 for 1 because there are a billion shares outstanding which will leave 100,000 shares worth about 10¢ a piece.

I don't think plug will sink that low I am sure Mantra will give them a good deal to sell Spectrum Fuel cells to replace their out dated technology.
