Shares will be sold to raise capital to help fund what the grants don't cover to bring Mantra's tech from lab to commercialization.

A billion shares outstanding for a company doing 10 billion in sales, which will be all profit because they are a licensor not a manufacturer.

Ah, what a low bases for market cap, 10 x earnings. What that a 10 billion times 10 equals 100 billion market cap. Let divided that market cap by a billion shares.
