Lmfao you just described 99% of all OTC stocks.

Everything you said is irrelevant in the OTC as the only thing that matters here is charts. Might want to go to the big boards if you are looking for transperancy and long term investments.

A run is coming! Play the charts and don't pay attention to the noise.
