Just bringing it up, but during the trip, Tillerson said the Russia sanctions wouldn't be lifted. If anything, they'd be strengthened.

And the reason you believe Tillerson is why?

Trump needs Russia to get to 3% GDP. He figures he'll be able to milk them for all they are worth.
