For me this is a mixed bag. Mostly stuff we already knew. At least he outlined what has been done. He seams confedent the money will be there soon and he is ready to go to work. The big thing about this contract is the ability of these kiosks to generate revenue. I would like to know exactly how someone pays. Do you buy a card at the local store? Do you pay at the machine. Because if this economic model works it can be replicated elsewhere. As usual you have to keep your eye on the peanut around here.
