It's not an impulse I have but mainly bc I don't currently have a feel for AMZN.
AMZN is truly impressive and the cloud biz can fund any old thing Miami Jeff puts his heart on.
That's the concern- his entry into two old fields- trucking and food. Tough, low margin fields.
Trucking with easy entry abounds with gypsies so margins are usually compressed.
Walmart was a late to online but it is very focused on now.
And low price German discounters ALDI and soon LIDL won't roll over.
He might get stuck in these new businesses.
I'll get a bead on but probably not inclined to stand on Amazon's tracks lest I get flattened. But I'll look..
