I agree with you there.

You should research toxic financing. That along with dilution is what devalued the stock. By the way read the financial reports and you will realize the company is keeping the lights on with investor money.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
