That is nonsense. No one is shorting this. There are hundreds of millions of shares waiting to be dumped by the note holders.

I was/am the biggest believer of their product.
Either they don't know shit about financing.
Or they want to take the easy route and sell stocks and raise money with no regards to the investors.

Anyway, it is a long way from a good investment.
Let them take it down and convert at 0.0001 and clean up everything.
Let them max out AS to 5 billion while raising money with new notes.

Once everything is done, they will be forced to do a RS.
I will buy it when they stop with floorless convertibles.
It may take 6-12 mos, who knows.

I know the market cap is a joke.
But supply/demands trumps it all.
It is going to 0.0001. No question.
