......doubt that it's mark e. haynes................could be the dude over at g2 holding corp.................but he's a casual observer, he says.........venable LLP might be......along with the FDIC..........assuming the FRANK BANK conspiracy theory...........= stretch the mofo out ALAP............dat's my vote.......ITR suit was convenient legal trick - - ain't gonna work although it bought FRANK another 6-8 months......................

......general and legal LOGIC points to FC buying the BHC, etc.............will be very CLEAR in hindsight...................HOPE-fully uwbi common stockholders or cusip holders or whatever the F/- they iz.................ain't vaporized........................

.......definite legal maneuvers going on behind the scenes......so, we HOPE (ahem!!!!!!!)............all is good and the nightmare ends on a pozzie......................................
