You have some good points M. This is and has been a very frustrating investment due to nearly complete silence. Some industrious folks on the board HAVE been able to glean information thru internet sources, other than official company output and have graciously shared with us. That's about the only way we know they aren't standing still. Being foreigners, they may not be able to fully appreciate the significance of a sustained news flow, but I doubt it. That is a basic principle that any publicly traded company should be aware of. I'm just going to dig in, buy a bunch more shares when I can, and wait. What else is there.
