Been there, done that, with Engel, and all management did was share a few drafts with Engel exec's, talk a good game and walk away with a contract with...uhhh...hmmm...that's right, they walked away with doing nothing because they couldn't do anything to generate revenues, but things change a little when the Exec's have their own money at the table.
