the judge decided that the case WILL NOT be dismissed. Name change has no bearing what so ever. If you read the pleadings, that issue was not even raised by TTCM so it can't be now. In any event, what the judge says to show why the case was not dismissed will be interesting. this is not some frivolous matter as fed to everyone by TTCM. They can try to fool us on this board, but they couldn't fool a judge. That says a lot and I think they need to address this matter NOW
