The point of the PR was to get attention and volume into the stock so the noteholder that has over $200k in convertible debt (which converts at .001 btw) can move shares...

It's borderline robbery....this lender is making 20x his conv price....every time he lets this run up chartwise or from a PR, he then bid whacks it down....

Great company...with one skeleton in the closet.....and when name change comes....they will let it run a bit....then slowly bang it back down again....

This is the same thing that plagues RJDG presently...except that note converted at .02, not .001.....

Don't get me wrong, I like buying this ticker under .02
