Nope. NO ONE has their shares that were pre split. It is not possible. As long as that D is there, those who held shares before the split remain locked out. Sorry Charlie. That's not the how the DTCC or FINRA works. The rules r the rules sir


People here reported they had their new post R/S shares the next day or two after
