The hell I don't. I've seen this a thousand times. Orchestrated run up allows debt holders to liquidate shares at a premium prior to the company levying a devastating reverse split on it's unaware shareholders. Not to mention that this same company exacted the last R/S on unwitting shareholders when there were plenty of shares left in the A/S.

This is straight criminal!!!!
