Bill, MR did pay for them. That question was asked of Ferris point blank last Fall and his answer was basically that they paid "a little bit over cost".

Schneid is right, the deal VirTra struck with MR was one Mr Wonderful would have loved if he was a VirTra guy. Even if Ferris and Mr. MR were buddies, Ferris really stuck it to him on this deal.

Your other point is also wrong. While MR will never be a big deal to VirTra revenue it had/has the potential to be enormous to VirTra profit. Look at what just happened in Q1, VirTra received roughly $43k from MR. That is pure profit and was over 10% of VirTras net income for Q1.

If MR had 10 decently performing sites, VirTra would be receiving about $600,000 every quarter. That is $2.4mil per year or EPS of about 15cents!
