Public companies can do business legally in Colorado. There is a lot of misinformation about this by people that spread false information about this company and its executives.

I honestly would recommend talking to lawyers in the industry or give the company a call.

I personally enjoyed this depressed share price because I have been adding to my position every couple of days. I'm not going anywhere and believe there will be a lot of upset potential shareholders that didn't buy because of the false information spread because of some personal bias.


I research the fillings and balance sheets of the marijuana sector and believe whole heartily that this has tremendous upside.
