Small Time Trading

Out more TPLM at .055. Should have been all out. Here is what happened:

The spread was .055 x .058, and I had my 19,470 shares for sale at .058. There was 36,100 shares on the bid at .055. After a while of no trades, I decided to move my order down to .055. At that price I would still have a profit. There were obviously enough hares on the bid to cover my order, so I figured I was done. Wrong! I only filled 3,620 shares!! And someone else got the other 32,000+. WTF??!!

I called TDA, and they said someone put an order in to sell 5 seconds after I did, and since everything is manual on the OTC, I didn't see it. BS!! Someone put in a sell order for exactly 32,480 shares?
