That's right... the shorts run it down hoping to shake out shares... but I got a feeling... they just keep digging a deeper hole for themselves...

That is why it bounced back so quickly... on low volume... nothing was shaking out... and to hold steady... in the .03s... for the last... what now...??? three years or so... is verification of the tightly held shares of VLDI...

Don't worry it is all happening... and all good things will be here soon...
