Spoke with Bates many times, spoke with Rolf many, many times, spoke with the engineers about a project design, spoke with distributors many, many times, have photos of distributors installations and have seen the unit, have real-time monitored (online) three of the actual installations in Kingston, Jamaica, and have many emails over a long period discussing engineering details. I didn't have any problem.
I don't think any special skills were needed to contact the company, or contact distributors for sales. It was like falling off a log. You could have bought a unit just like my friend if you wanted.
It was not difficult at all.
