True, but with all the expansion HD has seen over the past 30years, they are bound to have a few locations with issues.
I've been in some that you can eat off the floor and employees are awesome helpful.

I live in the 8th richest city per capita in America, and 2 miles from me is a war zone of black on black crime.
My HD is on the line. It's the pool of employees they are stuck with.
Not all locations are subject to this personality.
I think my store #880 has the highest shoplifting rate in the nation.
Like being a Carrier pilot in the Navy, someone is going to have the bottom score of deck landings. Can't judge the lot from one.

I wish HD would allow pot heads to rehire. They lost some excellent employees back then.
Hell most of their customers come in high in stuff.
Especially those painters. We all know how high they are. LOL

And FWIW, those online surveys you get on your receipts, HD reads every one. Put that in your hardware Bible.
