I've read a few articles lately that seems to think Activision could be a buyout target for a few people. Well, if that's the case then their lawsuit with WDDD would have to be disclosed and considered as to whether or not it would be a deterrent to consummating a deal.

It might mean an early settlement either before a deal by ATVI or after to clean up the deal and throw all that wonderful stuff in the good will charge that companies love to do. Search around for the articles, they are easy enough to find.
