Low because there was no agreement in the Eurogrup 2 days ago regarding a debt elimination in the medium term.This is decided on 15 June Eurogrup again.
If it has a profit or not, it does no matteras much.It implies the expectations of the banks and those depenting if they make an arrangenment with debt of Greece.
IMF says it is not viable and Germany says it is viable.
They are 2 different positions but they have to find the formula of an agreement as they had agreed 1 year ago to do it now.
