What happened to all the stories that the trial would be set for JULY?

It still is a good play IMO, the recent price drop may benefit shareholders in a big way. Court date Monday and I bet trial will be 90 to 120 days after Discovery deadline of May 15th.

Looks like attorney Herzog's motion regarding TAUG committing Discovery Violations were complete baloney, like everything else surrounding the Defendants in this case
