There has been no public filings since 2012 and ZERO way to know what the finances are or if there are any contracts. As a public company he is supposed to file financials reports to keep the investment public abreast of what is going on? Shareholders have suffered for YEARS because of this.

geez it's now been 5 years in the dark! Again, he should worry about the shareholders that have suffered instead of attacking them.
