What about all the folks that supposedly bought 350 million shares that don't exist??? I know I would be pissed if my shares didn't settle.
The truth, there is no NSS. It's nothing but a fantasy created by the Treaty gang of cons to divert blame.
Not one shred of evidence has been produced to show there is any NSS in TECO.
On the other hand, there is plenty of proof of fraud. So much proof Treaty provided no real defence and settled with the SEC without a fight.
Treaty is a dead scam. Game over....
