Oh I know it appears that way but have a hard time believing it as not one mention of it from them. And I have a somewhat similar experience from Amazon. I ordered a product from Amazon sold by a 3rd party but it to said it would come from Amazon and was on prime. After 3 different attempts to where they said they shipped it finally Amazon figure out it was a scam. I asked how come it took so long and they stated they had done business with them before on other products and had no issues. They told me that if they found it was this company fault they would not only stop carrying this product but would remove this company from selling any of there products.The good news was of course Amazon refunded me the money but they also informed me that the company was not at fault as someone Hacked there ad and they had no idea. But doesn't really make a difference as they are not producing the product anyways.
