I hope that $3.49M comes back in one lump payment. The $280k "net service revenue" is stated by the 10-Q to be incoming this qtr (Q4 FY17). But it's not specified when the $3.49M is being paid back.

As i also posted over at Stocktwits this a.m., that cash positions SINO very well for maybe opening new offices (or bolstering present offices in HK and PRC) to profit off China's massively developing Belt & Road program. The more i read about that B&R, the more dazzled i am by it. SINO appears to be one great way to play it.
