I still don't believe they own any of the Tap House. Someone else owns it. They never paid their half. Maybe that is what they are trying to do selling all this stock everyday. No one on here would be selling at .0015 as they all paid way more. There is no way to win here, unless you buy now, get out next pump. This company will find a way to get your money. They have been doing it for 12 years.

Can anyone find any expenses for the Tap House? Go back through all the financials... not a thing, no rent (took almost 2 years to open) no utilities, no contractors, no materials, no permit fees, no insurance costs, not a thing that you would incur opening a restaurant.
