Seems like you "don't care" about any of the issues that will affect the positive or negative performance of an investment in the Imagion ipo.

The amount of time until the first human trial will begin, the number of years after that until FDA approval, and the amount of dilution that will be necessary after funds from the ipo are spent deserve some consideration, don't you think? Looks like they'll be starting out with 200 million shares outstanding.

Regarding any cash that may make its way to Marvin, when I mention him it also means his company. He has already made the statement that he would decide if and how shareholders might benefit from any success of Imagion. Now look at the last mhtx 10-Q and consider how far $6 million would go under the leadership of Manny and Marv. Another question - do you really believe Imagion will raise $12 million and give more than half of it to mhtx? Maybe that question is answered in the Imagion prospectus; have you seen it and, if so, is paying off the $6.9 million note listed there?
