But you haven't given any reason for what makes you think that VS. the possibility that this is all legit.

We know the patents are real.
We know the manufacturer, Acromax Dominicana, is real.
The drug approval, and the marketing approval, is real.

So if all this is real, why wouldn't they start selling soon?
