Been thinking about those $0.25 GRCC Tradeable shares. It seems to me that Wayne discloses an Offering for a certain dollar amount of the shares. And, the rest will be made available in the open market. That way, those $0.25 GRCC Offering shares could double, triple, or quadruple for the groups or institutional investosr. The likelihood that any of us bagholders buying those GRCC Tradeable shares is extremely low given how long we've waited for UNGS shares to hold Bid. Or, the fact that many like me haven't seen our GRCC Divvy shares. And, when we do finally get them the shares are Restricted and untradeable. So, that likely means Wayne is most likely in regroup mode. That, or he's still on Spring Break.
