Hmm.. well at this point..it doesn't appear this thing is going to auction anyway does it? If the creditors pass it then all good? I thought we felt comfortable that after the debacle with URSA that this amended plan with just the few slight changes should satisfy them and I'd imagine everyone else still?...and which we'll quickly be to the 21 days for objections soon enough. And if it does goto auction...maybe the parties are already aware of the intentions of FOXX if they are looking to slip in and possibly that's why the 50k was increased to 500k and tmobil got more involved? ...and correct I can't see Tmobile approving of them either way.
