I grew up in Scottsdale and that is an extremely nice area - Ancala Country Club. Seems a bit fishy to me when their bio on otcmarkets.com says:

"When Cre8tive Works funds an independent film project it will encourage the producer or director of that project to utilize the studio and production facilities operated by Cre8tive Works thereby generating additional revenue."

I find it hard to believe their "studio and production facilities" is a house on the golf course at the country club haha.
